1. Damaged or Defective Items
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please share a photo or video of the item within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will assist you in replacing the item or filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
2. Returns & Exchanges
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for items unless they are damaged or defective.
• All sales are final for non-damaged items.
3. Missing Packages
• No refunds or replacements will be provided for missing packages.
• We can assist in filing a claim with USPS, but customers must also check with USPS directly for updates.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
