• We also accept pre-orders for India.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery time for pre-orders may vary depending on product availability and shipping conditions.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
• Orders within the USA are shipped via USPS or other trusted carriers.
• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
• Pre-order deliveries to India may take longer depending on shipping and customs.
4. Shipping Costs
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and shipping method.
5. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp.
• You can track your package on the carrier’s website.
6. Missing or Delayed Packages
• Shambavi Ethnic Studio is not responsible for missing or lost packages.
• We can assist in filing a claim with USPS, but you must also check with USPS directly for updates.
• No refunds will be provided for missing packages.
7. Damaged Packages
• If your order arrives damaged, please provide a photo or video of the damage within 24 hours.
• We will assist you in resolving the issue through replacement or claim with the carrier.
