1. Damaged or Defective Items
• To process any damage claim, a clear unboxing (opening) video of the product is required. Claims without an opening video will not be accepted.
We will assist you with a replacement or help you file a claim with the shipping carrier after verification.
2. Returns & Exchanges
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for items unless they are damaged or defective.
• All sales are final for non-damaged items.
3. Missing Packages
• No refunds or replacements will be provided for missing packages.
• We can assist in filing a claim with USPS, but customers must also check with USPS directly for updates.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
• Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours if your item is damaged or defective.
• Include order details and a clear photo or video of the issue.
